Advanced Trading Workshop

A few Windows 7 users and Internet Explorer 9 users experienced difficulty when downloading WMV files from the ATW libraries. We have implemented a website code change that works well on Windows 7, Windows XP, IE8, IE9, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

From now on, please follow these instructions to download WMV files:

1. Click on the button labeled "Click here to download original WMV file." This will generate the WMV file for you to download.
2. When it is done generating the download, it will display a message saying "Your download is ready."
3. Right click on the image of a down arrow in a circle.
4. Click on the following depending on which browser you are using:
   IE: "save target as..."
   Firefox/Chrome: "save link as..."
   Safari: "download linked file as..."
5. Windows explorer will display and prompt you to input the location you would like to save the WMV file.
6. Click save and the download will start.
